We hold a waste carrier licence and public liability insurance. All waste is disposed of safely and legally at commercial tips, in line with the government requirements.

We will contact you the day before collection to provide you with a designated time slot. If this time changes due to unforeseen reasons, we will contact you to advise. You do not need to be home if your payment will be made via bank transfer, however if you are using cash you will need to be at home when we arrive on the day.
